I will say that now more than ever we need to report and shame all those whom serve this system as it stands and I might add they do it without full knowledge that they too are on the block after all of us. Some will awaken, most will live down to the lowest expectations of humanity. We need to continue to reach all of those in law enforcement as to the truth. THEY ARE AS OWNED AS WE ARE and it will only be a matter of time in which they and their loved ones will also fall on the chopping block. Evil and only be met by Goodness. You show them humanity under the most extreme situations and they will not forget it, it will punish them. It is so easy to forget vulgar violent people, but the one that isn't and the punish wrongly, will not leave their minds, it will be as a splinter in their minds. Rogue Cops are out there and as a retired Marine Law Enforcement Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, I have experienced this... sigh

traveler commented on debbie1462's video: Atlanta, I'm pretty sure your not a veteran or a Law Enforcement Officer, and you have never been at the other end of a baton or ASP, from my experiences cops never help the public unless MSM is involved, Sorry but from my experienced they are Evil.

patriot1701 commented on debbie1462's video: traveler, I'm also a veteran and I agree with you.

Atlanta commented on debbie1462's video: To follow an illegal order opposed to the oath a soldier takes is just as bad as not allowing the flag to be burnt as 1st. ad. right, however distasteful it may be to me! Following an illegal order is more harmful to the person being inflicted!

I did not serve my country for a Police State, don't even try to compare these 2 as the same thing.

patriot1701 commented on debbie1462's video: I like the idea of taping courtroom sessions, audio and video. All instructions given quietly at the bench should also be taped, because this is where the defendant's rights are often violated. For some good information on jury rights, see:
www.FIJA.org
-
Atlanta commented on debbie1462's video: Push for mandatory taping of the court room sessions, that will stop a lot of injustices!
-
Atlanta commented on debbie1462's video: Yes thank you Gary for the enlightenment. Your approach of trying to do the civil thing in response to a wrong is noteworthy approach!
-
Atlanta commented on debbie1462's video: Oh so you prove the appoint of how juvenile you are in approach to injustices, by creating more injustices!

traveler commented on debbie1462's video: I will speak any way I want and don't appreciate your nazi way of trying to condemn my comments. Never did like any place in Georgia anyways. Thanks for starting this debate.

There are many good police out there, and I shoulder to think what would happen with out them standing watch. But unfortunately a few bad apples can spoil the barrel. The above case led to some better reforms of the COA force. Unfortunate for Ms. Johnstone, but it did some good. I would like to think the above example is the exception, but maybe I'm wrong? Have you helped to push taping court room sessions as a way to preserve others rights as well as yours?

Atlanta commented on debbie1462's video: Its similar to the burning of the flag, just better not do it in front of me for your safety, & my freedom to remain out of jail. But to take an oath to uphold the Constitution requires to do it in spite of the illegal orders a person might be given!

BTW is the problem of filming here, vs. in the police car, vs. the non-existent filming in the darkness of the court room, where individuals go to lose their rights in complete, and sometimes total disappearance of your body, truly a violation of whose 1st. Ad. rights? less

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer’s life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529 less
