Also Kenneth Wright seems very theatrical in his telling of the story and I can't sense any trauma coming from him. Could he be a paid actor...especially with the lines about "Pay your Student Loan or this will happen to you"!! It feels like a deliberate fear campaign. But I could be wrong.
