Thank you for visiting the Social Network of the Revolution. RTR.org was
created so you could benefit from the community of Americans who feel that real
change begins with individuals who work together with a foundation on
Constitutional values. Please review the below community guidelines to ensure all members have a positive and constructive experience as we work to restore our republic.
1. People from across the political spectrum are welcome here. If you're a Republican, Democrat, Green,
Libertarian, Constitution, Independent, Conservative or Liberal and have a heart to get this republic on the correct path you can call this place home.
2. We expect members of RTR.org to present themselves as Statesmen. Therefore cursing, foul language, and gratuitous name calling is not permissible. If you can't present your opinions and ideas without attacking or cursing please don't bother joining.
3. Posting videos, blogs, images or other content with an anti-Semitic or anti-Muslim tone is contrary to our mission and divisive. Therefore it is not permitted. If you have to ask yourself, “Is this acceptable, does it violate the community guidelines” then you probably shouldn't post it. Site administrators will make the final determination if we consider a post anti-Semitic or anti-Muslim.
4. As Statesmen RTR.org members work to create solutions without resorting to threats or illegal acts, whether direct or implied. RTR.org members are from many different religious, ethnic, and lifestyle backgrounds. Therefore posts attacking Latinos, Europeans, African-Americans, Caucasians, Jews, Muslims, Christians, Atheists, Homosexuals, Liberals, and Conservatives are grounds for removal.
5. We hope to maintain a constructive environment for all people to work together to create and promote solutions to restore the republic. Aaron Russo once said we are “One people, one movement, freedom for all.” So we do not tolerate members who violate the community guidelines. If you do violate the guidelines we may delete the offending content and member without warning.
6. Our NewsFeed is not for you to constantly spam your website, advertise your products, or promote affiliate schemes. If we feel you are abusing the NewsFeed for personal profit and gain we may delete your content without warning. We welcome you to purchase an advertisement, for your website or product, so that your presence supports our site growth without distracting and annoying members.
7. Don't be a troll. If you are here to provoke other members with offensive content or to push the envelope of our community guidelines your stay will be short. Members are encouraged to report offending content and offending members to ensure we maintain a constructive environment. Because RTR.org is privately-owned, the owners reserve the constitutional right to have the final say over what content unacceptable and distracts from the site's mission. Please follow these guidelines so we don't have to remove you.

These Terms of Use apply to how you (“You”) use the RTR.org Social Network (“the Service”).
Lone Lantern Global Corp. is d/b/a Restore the Republic (RTR). By using the Service, You accept and agree to be bound and governed by the terms, conditions and member guidelines (the "Terms of Use").
1.1. About the Service
RTR.org allows You, the user and/or subscriber, to create free or subscriber based “Supporting Member” account and to post, blog, embed, share, update, message, communicate, stream, email, or express your opinions about issues and/or public officials. Use of RTR.org is subject to the terms and conditions described below.
RTR.org reserves the right to release subsequent versions of the Service. RTR.org may modify the Terms of Use at any time with or without notice.
1.2. User Conduct
You agree that You are responsible for your own conduct and content while using the Service and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the Service only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with these Terms of Use and any applicable policies, laws, or guidelines. By way of example, and not limited to, You agree that when using the Service, You will not:
a) Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (private and public) of RTR.org, Members of RTR.org, Third Parties, or others
b) Email, transmit, upload, post, or otherwise publish any inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful Content
c) Email, transmit, upload, post, or otherwise publish any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right of any party, unless You are the owner of the Rights or have the permission of the owner to publish such Content
d) Email, transmit, upload, post, or otherwise publish messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages, spam, or advertisements, or anything else prohibited by law, these Terms of Use or any applicable policies or guidelines
e) Publish any file posted by another that You know, or reasonably know, that cannot be legally published
f) Impersonate another person or entity, or use an anonymizing proxy
g) Falsify or delete any author ascriptions, legal or other proper notices, and proprietary identifications or labels of the origin or source of software or other material
h) Restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Service
i) Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
j) Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service
k) Submit Content that falsely expresses or implies that such Content is sponsored or endorsed by RTR.org, Restore the Republic or Gary S. Franchi Jr.
l) Create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses
m) Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities or promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual
n) Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature
o) Use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our website without our prior written permission
1.3. Monitoring
RTR.org shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content on or originated from RTR.org.
1.4. User Profiles, Blogs, Videos, Pages, Posts, etc.
Some personal information submitted by users may be displayed on a User's public profile; however Your name and address, while required to post a commentary, will not be given or sold to any third parties. A User’s profile, blog, video, page, post, etc. may be deleted at any time for violating any Terms of Use.
1.5. User Message to Officials
RTR.org reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review all messages submitted through the Service. RTR.org retains the right, but is not obligated, to exclude or remove any material that is deemed by it to fall into the above limitations, or to expose it to potential liability to third parties or others. RTR.org reserves the right to remove entire messages if they estimate that the scope of the message is deemed to fall into the above limitations, or to expose it to potential liability to third parties or others. RTR.org will not be subject to refunds or other compensation.
1.6. General User Submissions
There are no guarantees of any kind that submissions to RTR.org will be posted for any stated duration or at all. RTR.org reserve the right not to publish any posting that is deemed by it to fall into the above limitations, or to expose it to potential liability to third parties or others.
RTR.org reserves the right, but is not obligated, to rotate or re-sort postings in keeping with a policy of balance, reader interest and non-partisanship.
2.1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Services, You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. This Agreement applies only to users who are residents of the United States.
2.2. Identity Authentication
You authorize RTR.org, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity. This may include asking You for further information, requiring You to take steps to confirm ownership of your email address or financial instruments, or verifying your Information against third party databases or through other sources.
2.3. Data Protection And Storage Of Messages
While your account is active, RTR.org will store messages sent through your RTR.org account, for a period of up to three years, in each case measured from the date the message was sent. RTR.org shall maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of user information in its possession. You acknowledge that RTR.org may change its practices and limitations concerning storage of messages, at any time and that notification of any such changes will be posted on the RTR.org website. You further agree that this feature is provided as a convenience to You only and RTR.org and its partner(s), subsidiary(ies), and affiliate(s) have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the deletion, loss, disclosure of, or failure to store, any messages and/or other communications maintained or transmitted by the Service.
2.4. Charges
You agree to pay all charges for your use of the Services according to the payment plan applicable to your purchase, and in effect for your country of residence. RTR.org reserves the right to change prices or institute new charges for access to or use of the Service unless you have a signed Written Agreement with RTR.org. All changes will be posted by RTR.org on the RTR.org Website and you are responsible for regularly reviewing such pricing information to obtain timely notice of such changes. Continued use of the Service or non-termination of your RTR.org account after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the prices as modified by the posted changes.
Charges for the Service may include activation, recurring subscription, and usage fees. Your activation and recurring subscription fees are payable in advance and are COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE. Usage charges are charged as and when such charges are incurred in accordance with the usage rates applicable to your purchase and use of the Service.
Your payment plan may include additional publishing privileges to RTR.org, Third Parties, and others. In the event that you have exceeded your rate plan's allotted allowance you will be automatically charged usage fees in excess of your monthly allowance. Unused allowances are not transferrable from month to month.
Payment of your RTR.org account balance is due monthly and must be made by the credit card or other payment methods as designated by you for RTR.org use and transactions. If your RTR.org account is a qualified business account and is approved by RTR.org for corporate billing, charges will be accumulated, identified by Customer identification number and invoiced on a monthly basis.
If you subscribed for Services pursuant to a special offer granting you a free trial period, your activation fee and an initial monthly Services fee will BE PRE-AUTHORIZED AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD LIMIT (meaning the amounts pre-authorized will not be considered available credit or debit funds in such account) and will be immediately charged to your credit or debit card, without further authorization from you, upon the expiration of such free trial period, unless you provide prior notice (in accordance with RTR.org verification procedures, as may be established by RTR.org from time to time in its sole discretion) that you have terminated this authorization. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before RTR.org reasonably could act on your notice.
Charges are to be paid on a monthly basis in the currency in which billed. A failure to pay the charges is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for termination by RTR.org. If the payment method for your RTR.org account is by credit card and payment is not received by RTR.org from the card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by RTR.org. Each time you use the Services, or allow or cause the Services to be used, you agree and reaffirm that RTR.org is authorized to charge your designated card. Your card issuer's agreement governs your use of your designated card in connection with RTR.org, and you must refer to such agreement (not this Agreement) with respect to your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. You agree that RTR.org may (at its option) accumulate charges incurred during your monthly billing cycle and submit them as one or more aggregate charges during or at the end of each cycle, and that RTR.org may delay obtaining authorization from your card issuer until submission of the accumulated charge(s). This means that accumulated charges may appear on the statement you receive from your card issuer.
You agree that RTR.org may submit charges for your usage fees and recurring subscription fee each month or year, without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice (in accordance with RTR.org' verification procedures, as may be established by RTR.org from time to time in its sole discretion) that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your designated card. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before RTR.org reasonably could act on your notice. If you have any question regarding any charges that have been applied to your account, you must contact RTR.org' Member Support within 30 days of the charge date. Failure to use your account will not be deemed a basis for refusing to pay any charges submitted by RTR.org in accordance with this Agreement.
For purposes of the Terms of Use, "Intellectual Property Rights" shall mean any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, moral rights law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, publicity rights law, privacy rights law, and any and all other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide. As between You and RTR.org, You acknowledge that RTR.org owns all right, title and interest, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the Service and that You shall not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the Service, except as expressly set forth in the Terms of Use.
The collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at http://rtr.org/help/privacy. You understand and agree that RTR.org may access, preserve, and disclose Your personal information and the contents of Your account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process or protect the rights, property and/or safety of RTR.org, its affiliates, elected officials, or the public. Personal information collected by the Service is stored and processed in the United States.
5.1. Content
RTR.org contains user generated content about public officials, government bodies, procedures to contact public officials and other information supplied by third parties. RTR.org does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.
In many instances, material posted on RTR.org represents the opinions and judgments of the respective User, Subscriber, Partner, Advertiser or another Third Party. RTR.org does not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made on RTR.org by anyone other than authorized RTR.org employee spokespersons while acting in their official capacities. Under no circumstances will RTR.org be liable for any loss or damage caused by a User's reliance on or use of information obtained through RTR.org. It is the responsibility of User to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, opinion, advice or other content available through RTR.org.
5.2. Beneficiaries
Nothing in the Terms of Use should be construed to confer any rights to third party beneficiaries.
6.1. Term
The term of the Terms of Use is perpetual.
6.2. Termination
RTR.org may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Service, including the availability, at any time, and may suspend or terminate Your use of the Service and your Account at any time.
6.3. Rejection of Request for Use
RTR.org shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any request to use the Service or create an Account at any time and for any reason. RTR.org shall not be liable to You for damages of any sort resulting from its decision to reject such a request.
6.4. Remedies
You acknowledge that Your breach of any Terms of Use contained herein may cause irreparable harm to RTR.org, the extent of which would be difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, You agree that, in addition to any other remedies to which RTR.org may be legally entitled, RTR.org shall have the right to seek immediate injunctive relief in the event of a breach by You.
From time to time, due to increased technology employed by spammers, they get around our safeguards and post objectionable content. It is up to all users, who wish to enjoy this site, to remain vigilant and report such abuses. You can do this by visiting the offending profile and clicking the "Report" link under their profile photo. We ask that you please not engage spammers, simply report them so our administrators can review the report. Commenting or insulting the offending user may only bring retaliation to you and have adverse affect. For the safety of all members and to preserve a positive website environment please report spam and abuse.
This Service (including, but not limited to text, content, photographs, video and audio) is protected by copyright as a collective work or compilation under U.S. copyright and other laws. You must abide by all additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in this Service.
YOU MAY NOT COPY, REPRODUCE, DISTRIBUTE, PUBLISH, DISPLAY, PERFORM, MODIFY, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS, TRANSMIT, OR IN ANY WAY EXPLOIT ANY PART OF THIS SERVICE, EXCEPT THAT YOU MAY DOWNLOAD MATERIAL FROM THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL, NONCOMMERCIAL USE AS FOLLOWS: YOU MAY MAKE ONE MACHINE READABLE COPY AND/OR ONE PRINT COPY THAT IS LIMITED TO OCCASIONAL ARTICLES OF PERSONAL INTEREST ONLY UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

RTR.ORG AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES OR TERMS (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE OR OTHERWISE) AS TO ANY MATTER REGARDING CONTENT OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING PERFORMANCE, RESULTS, SECURITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, INTEGRATION, QUIET ENJOYMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

RTR.ORG AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGES, CLAIMS OR COSTS INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY OR FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY OF CARE, OR CLAIMS BY A THIRD PARTY EVEN IF RTR.ORG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, DAMAGES, CLAIMS OR COSTS RESULTING FROM:

You shall indemnify, defend and hold RTR.org and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any third party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses of any nature (including reasonable attorney's fees) suffered or incurred by any of them to the extent that such are caused by or arise in connection with any breach by you of your obligations, restrictions or representations and warranties contained herein.
12.1. Entire Agreement
The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between You, RTR.org, Restore the Republic and Gary S. Franchi Jr., and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between You, Restore the Republic and Gary S. Franchi Jr. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when You use or purchase certain other RTR.org services, affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
12.2. Legal Governance
The Terms of Use and the relationship between You, RTR.org, Restore the Republic and Gary S. Franchi Jr., shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.3. Waiver and severability
The failure of RTR.org to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
12.4. Statute of Limitations
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of RTR.org services or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
The section headings in the Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
